Tools to Prevent Burnout &

Cope with Stress!

Hello!  This workshop is for groups or companies that wish to provide some sort of wellness to employees.  

 

I am Alisha, a Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator located in Austin, TX.  

My mission is to ultimately help others deal with stresses of life while moving into a calm and peaceful space.  

I teach and give you tools to integrate into your everyday life for support.

The tools and breathwork I provide help employees boost immunity, productivity, memory, drive, stress relief and overall happiness.  It also helps them get ahead of burnout and deal with stress in a more productive, quicker setting.

 

What I offer: 

A 30-45 Minute "TOOLS TO PREVENT BURNOUT AND COPE WITH STRESS" Workshop.  Yes, it's possible!  

Via zoom or in person.

Including: 

A Short Group Discussion

What is burnout and stress?  

Current stresses?

What do you want instead?

Acknowledging the stressed or burnout part of you and just let it be, seeing what you need from here and how to move into that.

List of exercises ranging from 10 seconds to 30 minutes to help you deal, let go and reset!  

I go through them all with you.

Then you will receive a Breathwork Session(15-25 mins), including an intro on what Breathwork is and safety around it.  

All done sitting up with music, set to a specific BPM for calming the nervous system.

At the end we will share how we feel and what was learned.

I will send out the list of exercises and the Breathwork playlist afterwards to use in the future!   

 

I work with a budget of $200-500 for large groups/companies.
