This is a Somatic Breathwork class focusing on accepting what is here and loving all parts of yourself. All of you is welcome here!
This class is for everyone, newbies and practiced breathers.

-Closing Self Love meditation
-Shares if you desire
This class is done best laying down but if you prefer you can sit. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket or pillow if you desire extra comfort.
